As a Massachusetts police officer, time is rarely on your side, especially if you want to prepare for the Civil Service Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain exam. Fortunately, with the right police officer promotional exam training program, you can get ready for the Civil Service Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain exam — without spending long hours reading through textbooks.

What Civil Service Exam Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain Exam Training Programs Are Available?

A typical Civil Service Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain promotional exam training program will require you to go by the book — literally. The program may involve reading textbooks, reviewing study guides and flashcards, and going through other training materials relating to law and management. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of this program depends on how well you manage your time.

Generally, a Massachusetts police officer has little time to spare. Let’s face it — every moment counts, both when you’re patrolling the streets or off the clock. At the end of a work shift, it can be tough to dedicate the time and energy necessary to review Civil Service Sergeant, Lieutenant and Captain exam training program materials. The result: you may use these materials but fail to learn what you need to know to get the best-possible score on your exam.

      LJ,
That’s great to hear! Our daily questions are designed to point out new or unfamiliar areas to those preparing for the exam. In turn, the answers we collect from hundreds of officers around the state help us identify many areas that we can work on by incorporating these areas into our Full Program. Our system helps us identify these areas and focus on them throughout the study season. When these areas show up on exam (which many inevitably do) our Full Program members are in the best position to answer these questions correctly and move ahead of their competition. It’s no secret that BeLed Full Program members consistently outperform their competitors by scoring higher on their department’s promotional exam.
Thank you for your continued support and please don’t hesitate to call us directly with any questions regarding preparation for your department’s exam. We are here to help-Have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!

I finally got my Sergeant exam score back the other day. I got an 83.75. I wanted to thank you both for all the help. I am sure that I would not have passed the exam without it. We had the assessment center and it is highly likely that I will get promoted at the end of the year. I am telling everyone in my department. I missed the top spot by one question to someone who studied for over a year.
